A soft drink made from the white fruit around the cacao bean. The chocolate industry only wants the bean. We grab the rest before it rots.

Roughly 70% of the cacao fruit is binned at source. That's millions of tonnes a year. We turn that waste into a paying crop, putting more money back in growers' pockets.
